I AM A BEGINNER, WHAT SHOULD I KNOW?

Our classes are crafted for all levels of experiences. Our instructors’ welcome newcomers and will help guide you through each class to ensure you are comfortable and enjoy your experience.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for a no fee cancelation. If you do not show up for a class or cancel under the 12-hour minimum you will be charged the full amount or deducted from your package. Customers with an unlimited package will be charged a $20 cancellation or no-show fee if they are outside of the 12-hour grace period. 

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

We do not have showers on location.

IS THERE A LOCKER ROOM / CHANGING AREA?

Yes, we have lockers, a single stall unisex changing room and bathroom for everyone’s use.

DO YOU HAVE HAND TOWELS?

We will provide one hand towel per person, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. We will also have additional towels for sale at $2 each.

DO I HAVE TO RENT A MAT?

All classes include the use of a mat, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

DO YOU PROVIDE OR SELL WATER?

We have a single use water station and will have reusable water bottles available for sale. You are more than welcome to bring your own bottle and refill it at our water station at no cost.
